I offer psychologically informed support to organisations and community settings that are beginning to explore the human and relational factors shaping wellbeing, engagement and retention.

Drawing on my experience as a registered therapist, this work brings therapeutic thinking into organisational spaces with attention to the underlying relational and emotional dynamics that contribute to stress and disengagement.

This area of my practice is developing alongside my one-to-one clinical work and is designed for organisations that want to care for their people responsibly, while remaining mindful of productivity and long-term sustainability.

All services are designed and delivered by me, Danielle Bottone, a registered therapist and wellbeing consultant. My approach is relational and grounded in psychological theory.
