I offer psychologically informed support to organisations and community settings that are beginning to explore the human and relational factors shaping wellbeing, engagement and retention.

Drawing on my experience as a registered therapist, this work brings therapeutic thinking into organisational spaces in a way that goes beyond surface-level wellbeing initiatives, with attention to the underlying relational and emotional dynamics that contribute to stress and disengagement.

This area of my practice is developing alongside my one-to-one clinical work and is designed for organisations that want to care for their people responsibly, while remaining mindful of productivity, reputation and long-term sustainability.

All services are designed and delivered by me, Danielle Bottone, a registered therapist and wellbeing consultant. My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in psychological theory.
