My approach is rooted in the belief that our emotional struggles are rarely just about the present moment.

This depth-focused work allows us to understand why anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or feelings of disconnection may be present, rather than simply trying to manage symptoms in isolation. Alongside this, coaching elements help translate insight into action, supporting you to make changes that feel grounded and sustainable.

The balance between the two is always guided by you and where you are. Some sessions may feel reflective and exploratory; others more forward-focused and practical.​

How does it work?

Sessions take place weekly or fortnightly online (video conferencing).

Sessions last for 50 minutes.

We will review the work throughout our time together - this is to make sure we are comfortable with the way things are going.
My therapeutic style
I work relationally, bringing warmth and authenticity into the room. I believe healing happens through connection and being seen, understood, and gently challenged in a way that feels safe.

From £75 per session

Each session lasts 50 minutes.
​
First sessions are initial assessments where collaborative agreements detailing how we will work together are agreed. These sessions provide an opportunity to speak about the reasons you have decided to start your therapeutic journey, understand what you expect from the sessions and explore what is on offer.
​
Payment is made prior to sessions. Sessions can be paid for individually or in blocks.
